  • You'll discover the two different types of morning ritual, and when to use each one.
  • You'll choose from 14 different morning rituals, and find the one that works for your mood and daily schedule.
  • You'll start a morning ritual routine that lights you up - without taking loads of time.

Week 3 & 4:  Evening Rituals

  • You'll learn the importance of ritual in closing your day and affirming your sacred self-care time.
  • You'll discover the two different types of evening ritual, and when to use each one.
  • You'll choose from 14 different evening rituals, and find the one that works for your nightly routine.
  • You'll start an evening ritual routine that gently yet powerfully closes you day, and prepares you for tomorrow.


Week 5:  Self-Love

  • You'll go deeper this week, with a powerful  daily ritual to affirm your self-love.
  • You'll use a mirror for your self-love practice, reflecting on what on love about yourself, and reframing what you find hard to love.
  • You'll learn to accept yourself exactly the way you are - opening the floodgates to the life you truly desire.
  • You'll finally know what self-love really is, and how to practice it each day.


Week 6:  Your New Routine

  • You'll reflect on your experiences over the past three weeks, and work out what types of rituals suit you best.
  • You'll create your own unique morning and evening ritual routine, using your favourite rituals from the course.
  • You'll participate in a powerful circle journey ritual to close the course and honour how far you've come.
  • You'll step into the next phase of your life with the confidence to put yourself first, each and every day.
